Grand Opening

The website is finally up and running! Thank you for your patience. Please explore our site and feel free to give us feedback. Neither Sam or I are code/tech savvy and we appreciate any tips you can give us.

As our first official post, we would like to take the time to thank everyone. It has been an incredible journey so far and we could not have done it with the help and support of our family and friends.

Work outs will be posted the night before, HOWEVER, we advise all of our members NOT to “cherry pick” WODs! We all have weaknesses or our unfavored workouts (*ahem* running) and we are not going to get stronger or better by avoiding them.

Special Announcements:

Our new ON RAMP Course begins next Monday, April 8, 2013. This course is perfect for people looking to get into shape, learn about CrossFit and for people interested in becoming a member. For more info please check out our Getting Started page or contact Coach A at andrea@crossfitaskal.com.
