M 10/14- MWF 7-8pm (6 sessions)
M 10/28 – MWF 7-8pm (6 sessions)
If you know anyone that is interested in participating but cannot make those days and times, please have them contact Coach A at email@example.com. We are open to suggestions.
Also, do you know anyone that is interested in working out but intimidated by weightlifting? I’m thinking of starting a class, sort of boot camp style with minimal barbell (running, jump roping, KB, wall balls, pull ups, light presses, etc). Perhaps Tuesday & Thursday mornings, lunch time or at 7pm. Maybe perhaps M-F 4pm slot.
