Due to low attendance and the upcoming holidays, there will no longer be open gym on Sundays. Instead, open gym will be hosted on Saturdays from 11am-12pm.
Gym will be closed this Saturday, November 9th to Monday, November 11th due to Veteran’s Day. At home WODs will be posted on Saturday and Monday.
